Merchandise in unused and satisfactory condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt.


You should receive your order within 2-5 working days after the order has been placed. But in some cases, it can take up to 10 working days.

If 10 working days have passed and you still have not received your order. Contact us on orders@meloveclothing.co.uk 


Please contact us at orders@meloveclothing.co.uk within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Anytime after this, you’ll have to then exchange the products once you have received them.


Email us at orders@meloveclothing.co.uk within 30 minutes after placing your order with the updated information, We will update the shipping team with the updated information and get this processed for you.

Our delivery partner Royal mail will have all the information on where your parcel is and where it has been delivered, We will ship to the shipping address provided on your order, so please make sure this is correct as we can not compensate for orders sent to incorrect shipping addresses.

Once we hand your parcel to Royal mail we are not liable for the handling and delivery of products. We are not liable for goods damaged in transit.

Email us at orders@meloveclothing.co.uk referencing your order number and the product(s) you would like to return, we will then send you an email with the detailed process of returning your product(s)

Returned items must be unused without any evidence of wear, stains or odours. They must be sent back with a return form you can download and print out here, in original packaging, with original tags still in place

Returned goods can be exchanged for a different item or store credit (this does not include original delivery costs) and in some circumstances a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their orders. We advise that the parcel be sent using a tracked and insured service as Melové is not liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive the returned product(s) the process may take up to 7 days. Please allow up to 10 days during sale periods and bank holidays

Sale products and gift cards are non-returnable. Please take this into account when placing an order.


Orders can be exchanged, for a different size of the same item or store credit (this does not include original delivery costs)

In the event that we don’t have the desired exchange item in stock, we can provide you with store credit and in some cases a refund.


Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
