Email us at orders@meloveclothing.co.uk referencing your order number and the product(s) you would like to return, we will then send you an email with the detailed process of returning your product(s)
Returned items must be unused without any evidence of wear, stains or odours. They must be sent back with a return form you can download and print out here, in original packaging, with original tags still in place
Returned goods can be exchanged for a different item or store credit (this does not include original delivery costs) and in some circumstances a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their orders. We advise that the parcel be sent using a tracked and insured service as Melové is not liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the returned product(s) the process may take up to 7 days. Please allow up to 10 days during sale periods and bank holidays
Sale products and gift cards are non-returnable. Please take this into account when placing an order.
